1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

VipOne.in ("We", "Us", "Our") provides an online platform for checking lottery results (including but not limited to Dear Lottery, Nagaland State Lottery, and Kolkata Fatafat) and facilitating ticket bookings via third-party communication channels like WhatsApp. By accessing VipOne.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1. Age Requirement: The services provided by VipOne.in are strictly available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older. Lottery participation by minors is a punishable offense under applicable laws. By using this Site, you warrant and represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

2.2. Jurisdictional Restrictions: Lottery and gambling laws vary by state and country. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this Site and participation in any lottery activities comply with the local laws of your jurisdiction. VipOne.in does not accept responsibility for users accessing the Site from regions where such activities are prohibited.

3. Nature of Services

3.1. Information Provider: VipOne.in primarily acts as an information aggregator. We publish lottery results sourced from official government gazettes and other reliable sources. However, we are not the official organizers of any lottery (e.g., Nagaland State Lotteries). We do not conduct draws or distribute prizes directly.

3.2. Ticket Booking Facilitator: We offer a service to facilitate the purchase of physical paper lottery tickets on your behalf through authorized retailers. When you "book" a ticket on VipOne.in, you are essentially requesting an agent to purchase a specific ticket number for you. The transaction and communication may move to WhatsApp or other platforms for confirmation.

4. Booking, Payments, and Refund Policy

4.1. Booking Process: Ticket bookings are subject to availability. Since lottery tickets are physical inventory, a number displayed as "Available" on the site might be sold out in the physical store by the time your request is processed. In such cases, we will inform you immediately.

4.2. Payments: All payments for ticket bookings must be made 100% in advance via the payment methods accepted (e.g., UPI, GPay, PhonePe). VipOne.in is not responsible for transaction failures caused by banking servers or third-party payment gateways.

4.3. No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the lottery business:

Once a ticket is purchased on your behalf, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
If you send money but the ticket is sold out before we can purchase it, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
We are not liable for any financial loss if you mistakenly transfer money to a wrong account number not provided by us officially.

5. Accuracy of Results and Tips

5.1. Results: While we strive to publish accurate results immediately after the draw times (1:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 8:00 PM), human errors or technical glitches may occur. Users are strongly advised to cross-verify the winning numbers with the official Government Gazette or the official lottery result sheet. VipOne.in shall not be held liable for any discrepancies or financial losses arising from incorrect results displayed on the Site.

5.2. Prediction and Tips: Any "Lucky Numbers," "Target Numbers," or "Tips" provided on the Site are based on astrological calculations, historical data analysis, and numerology. These are for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that these numbers will win. Use them at your own risk.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

By using VipOne.in, you agree NOT to:

Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Attempt to hack, destabilize, or gain unauthorized access to the Site’s database or servers.
Use any automated data scraping tools, robots, or spiders to extract data from our Site without written permission.
Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code that could damage the functionality of the Site.
Harass or abuse our support agents via WhatsApp or email.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content present on VipOne.in, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of VipOne.in or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

8. Prize Claiming and Winnings

If a ticket purchased through our facilitation service wins a prize:

Small Prizes: Small winning amounts may be credited to your wallet or transferred to you digitally, subject to our internal policies.
Jackpot/Large Prizes: For high-value prizes (e.g., 1st Prize, 2nd Prize), the physical ticket is mandatory to claim the prize from the government office. In such cases, you must collect the physical ticket from our designated office or pay for secure courier delivery. VipOne.in is not responsible if a winning ticket is lost or damaged during transit.
Tax Deductions: All winnings are subject to applicable government taxes and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VipOne.in disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VipOne.in, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of VipOne.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
